念のために言っておくと、↓＋１ でアッパーカットです。
ステージはどこでもいいですんで、アッパーしましょう。
左の画像のように、画面右下からオジサンが出現したらOKです。
すかさず ↓＋START と押しましょう。
ちなみにスコーピオンは画面外にぶっ飛ばしました。

コマンドを入力すると、こんな画面になります。
暇な人＆英語の分かる人は訳して下さい。
この画面で10秒程待たされます。

コイツはスコーピオンと同じ必殺技を使います。
スモークの特徴は、ガードが異様に硬いこと。
必殺技はたいていガードされます。
足払いをしようとすると確実に投げられるのでやめときましょう。
管理人は一度も勝ったことがありません。
なお、GB版スモークと違って、煙がモクモクする演出はなしです。
SMOKE has the same Special Moves as SCORPION.
I think smoke often guards special moves.
Also, if you crouch and kick in close proximity,

とにかくキックだけ。キック系の必殺技は有りです。
まぁパンチが使えないんで、リュウカンを使うのがお勧め。
シャンツンで変身して戦っても良いかと思います。
最後はカッコつけて究極神拳でトドメを刺してみました。
You can lose one round to your opponent,
so you have to win two with just a kick.
LIU KANG is recommended,

シャンツンの前に、「？」の横に止まるっす。
余談ですが、他機種版の条件はというと、
ゲームボーイ版は2本目をキックだけで取る。
メガドラ版は、1本目をキックだけで取る、です。
ゲームギア版は2本ともですんで、ちとキツイです。
Before fighting SHANG TSUNG, you will stop beside the "?".
Game Boy version takes the second round with just a kick.
Genesis version, you have to take the first round with a kick.
I think the Game Gear version is more difficult.
こいつはキタナと同じ必殺技を使います。
特徴はというと、、、なんと飛び道具が効かない！

ついでに言っておくと、足払いもすり抜けます。
JADE has the same Special Moves as KITANA.
A feature of JADE is that he is not hit by fireball.
